Kisah 'semalam' hidupnya Gah dgn adanya Pangkat dan Kuasa. Hari ini hanya mampu melihat saja pakaian yg punyai Kuasa tergantung dgn pelbagai "derajat" yg tiada lg berharga. Inilah dunia dan isinya yg hanya sementara dan tiada kekal selamanya.. kpd ALLAH jualah kita akan kembali. Pautkan hatimu kpd Pemilik dunia...disana nanti segala yg kita lakonkan atas dunia akan dihitungkan 1 per 1 dlm setiap buku amalan kita yg dicatit....'

Chinne mamiyye

One fine day, we were kept awake all night long courtesy of staff Macklin, who was the duty BOS then. It was almost dawn when he tone down 'all right guys its almost morning , let's cheer up a bit with a song. Any volunteers? '. The silence was deafening u could hear a firing pin drop in the eerie of the nite. 'No volunteers i c ..... aaaa well then, lets continue shall we...' when lo n behold a lone voice was heard 'staff, i would like to volunteer..'. 'Waaa u all lucky this skot of yours willing to volunteer'. It was our skot Kandaiah. So he started to sing as we all clapped in unison..... Back then our version was as follows:

aiyoo papa tade undervey

aiyoo mama tade choliyee

And we all laughed happily ever after but unfortunately the 'torture' session continued after that as we hastily went to armskot to withdraw our HK rifles for the morning PT :( and until today i have no idea what the tamil song means :D 

Anyway i did ask our skot Rajasingham about the song and he asked me to google the song with the correct pronunciation. Enjoy!! :D

I remembered boxing tourney in rmc we were cheering our coy's boxer n Capt Che Rose was near us when out of the blue Skot Ismail Pakpin shouted 'agi idop agi ngelaban' , Capt Che Rose was beaming with pride since it was his regiment battle cry.

KUALA LUMPUR, 4 Julai 2018 – Ketua Setiausaha Kementerian Pertahanan, Dato' Halimi Abd Manaf menghadiri Majlis Sambutan Hari Raya Aidilfitri anjuran Malaysia Institude of Defence and Security (MiDAS) bertempat di Lobi MiDAS.

Ketibaan KSU disambut oleh Ketua Eksekutif MiDAS, Lt Jen Dato' Suhaimi Hj Mohd Zuki dan Pengarah Kanan MBOSC, MiDAS, Brig Jen Johnny Lim Eng Seng.

Majlis turut dihadiri tetamu jemputan, warga ATM serta kakitangan awam Kementerian Pertahanan.
