Credit to Thalji Md Kadri with thanks. Other than almarhum WO Mat Joe and WO Md Baharom rightmost, the rest I couldn't recall their names. But I did remember one of those morning after commissioning, there was suppose to be a briefing n we woke up late. This kind gentleman WO (2nd from left, I forgot his name, pity) came knocking at our door 'Tuan mudaaa, bangunnn....' and usually when one woke up late during training is unthinkable... ;D May Allah reward them and their effort be considered as 'ibadah aameen
Email ~ ssc.in.34@gmail.com A sibling of mine nonchalantly inquired ~ 'Why dwell on the past?' to which I pondered, to which I have no exact answer. Perhaps it was because of the hardship we endured, or perhaps the camaradarie that we forge, or perhaps keeping tabs on old friends for old time sake, reminiscing. Perhaps ... :D

There was a particular night , Cadets were assembled in the RMC Hall to listen to a speech (couldn't remember the occasion) given by El Komandante, well into midnite. As usual, cadet being cadets, the majority started dozing off. Once the El Komandante completed his speech and left, followed by the DSes, Arwah bellowed his voice at the top of his lungs, obviously angry 'due to the obvious reason', babbling the virtues of being 'good officers and gentlemen' and what was displayed 'ain't to his liking' so to speak. One of the cadets, with his eyes red from deep 'slumber' caught his spontaneous attention:
"Hang apa nama? Camni ka pegawai ? Hang bagi tau nak OQ berapa". "10 CEK". 'Hang nak 10? mai sini, nah amik" and started slapping on both side of his face quantity '10 OQs'. Masa tu nak ketawa pon ada kecut perut pon ada akakakakakakak . Lebih kurang la dialog die. Who the officer u say? As Siti Nurhaliza used to sing, 'Biarlah Rahsia' kaakakakakakkakaka. Allah, bukan dia sorang je kene, everyone has his own 'skeleton in the closet' :D Anyway the "Officer Cadet" is currently holding a senior position in an government enforcement agency and may well be reaching for the 'stars' soon. And for that I think , thanking Arwah "Mat Joe' should be in order. A pity i didn't get the 'OQs' , if not I would have been somewhere up the ladder like he did akakakakakakaka :D
