A 'typical day' at the obstacle course:

PK(Pegawai Kedet) : Arrghhhhh.. Umph! Umph! (scratching sound)

PTI (Physical Training Instructor) : Sape tu?

PK : Saya 371xxxx PK Ah Guan Setap!!!

PTI : Hmmm... cepat sket!

Day 2

PK : Arrghhhhh.. Umph! Umph! (scratching sound as always)

PTI : Sape tu?

PK : Saya 371xxxx PK Ah Guan Setap!!!

PK : Laaaaa   Ko lagi ...isk isk isk

Day 3

PK : Arrghhhhh.. Umph! Umph! (scratching sound yet again)

PTI : Mendengar cakaran di dinding , telah tahu nombor pangkat dan nama... Mari sini ko! Amik 50 (Push up) tang tuh. Tak fit! ( bagi 'push up' ikut sedap mulut je akakaakak )
