Judging by the photo, he most probably delving in the agricultural sector. Jovial guy and I remembered  him more often than not, having friendly and competitive banter with Colonel Mohd Shabre Hussein RMAF when we first joined cadet at Sebatang Karah.

On a typical night, 2 AM after several 'change parades'

Instructor : 'Orait! orait!, move it! move it! jgn tehegeh hegeh! kedet.. We gonna have some fun tonite or do u prefer we continue with the 'change parade?'

Backstreet boys : 'Nak enjoy tuannnn!'

Instructor : 'So who's gonna start the ball rolling. Can anyone sing?'

Backstreet boys : 'Kedet Ah Guan tuan' . laughter and sniggering ...

MM : 'Skot, boleh cite sikit ke pasal yg terbakar lalang tuh? langsung tak ingat. Pecite sebenarnya? Saja nak cuba recall, dimana, exercise ape :D Kalau tak keberatan la.. Yg eden ingat platun den la, base defence kat dengkil kemana , tgh stand to , instructor curi gpmg, gelabah punyer hal , kitorang ngendap curi balik akakakakakakakaak masa tuh skot Azani askar melayu budak Kedah kot. Ntah pe jadi ngan die . Die kalau marah suka cakap 'awat hang pelaq'.'

MZH : 'MM oii! panjang cite. Kesah berlaku 31 tahun lalu. First ex Defence di Air Hitam Selangor coy level (atas bukit dan ada pokok2 buahan baru tanam dan penuh dgn LALANG). Tarikh x ingat.(Ex ni kedet banyak bawa extra food like maggi and all sort of foods). Masa tu semua kedet telah diberi lokasi masing2 utk gali kubu. I dgn MH  (very close buddy) dapat lokasi paling tepi jauh bawah bukit. quite a distance dari HQ(lokasi Insructors). Hari panas terik lebih kutang jam 12:00 t/h. Sebelum gali kubu perut lapar ..I britau MH "engkau gali aku masak maggi" curi2 masak lindung dgn lalang (punyalah naifnya). Ape lagi bila api membesar disambarnya lalang tu.. ha tak tentu arah aku.. tiba2 je api merebak makan lalang kering yang meresik dan api mula tak terkawal. Aku panic dan terduduk kaku tak buat ape. Dalam kepala otak duk fikir ape nak jawab..nak mengaku ke taknak. Api terus merebak seluruh bukit. lintang pukang kedet dan instructor pindah barang ke bukit sebelah. Setengah jam kemudian api dapat dipadamkan. Aku dah bertekat untuk mengaku untuk takmau menyusahkan intake 34. Aku dah bayangkan aku akan di discharge.. balik kamponglah menoreh. Apabila api dah padam Mej K, Oc Syed Putra terus tanya "siapa buat" I terus jawab "Saya tuan" . Dia panggil naik atas bukit I dapat 2 flying kick. Lepas tu dia halau aku "get loss before I kill you" I cabut lari sampai seberang jalan. Nasib baik KSM panggil. Ape jadi pastu....semua makanan bukan pack ration dikumpul mcm bukit dan dibakar... terkulat2 skot tengok rokok terbakar. sepanjang ex hisap tea dan nasib I lg malang.. sepanjang ex kena belasah dgn Capt R@*li P*&. lebam2 lengan aku. Ending dia I diberi kepujian Highest Officers Quality(9.5) dan kerajaan kena bayar ganti rugi RM46,000 kepada tuan tanah.'

Capt (R) Abdullah Ishak, RMAF

Aka 'Dollah Kopeng' , 'Ex Boy'. Currently with MHS. I 'google' on our skot here and only then did I realised he was involved in a helicopter crash while ferrying offshore workers from Miri, dated 27th Jan 2007, with one life lost. It seems, according to news report, the aircraft developed failure while trying to engage landing on the offshore deck but our skot managed to safely maneuver it to land on the sea surface instead of plunging it into the sea.
