"2nd March 2015 - Malaysia Boleh....these 4 RMAF Veterans, 3 on the left are ex Sikorsky or Nuri pilots and on the right ex fighter controller...they teamed up to attend a much sought after ...internationally recognised Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO) complete with Radio Operator (RO) with UK CAA...while most of their UK course mates failed the course and need to resit...these 4 veteran passed with flying colors ....all of them achieved "distintion" score of above 90%....they are now certified and competent overseas trained HLOs...able to conduct and trained local or overseas student in Oil & Gas platform on HLO and RO ..... a basic requirements in the future...thats my final reporting from UK"

"LANGKAWI, 5 Mac 15 – Bersempena dengan Pertunjukan Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace (LIMA’15) yang akan diadakan pada pertengahan bulan Mac tahun ini, satu eksesais berkenaan pengoperasian mencari dan menyelamat iaitu SAREX LIMA’15 telah dilaksanakan pada 3 hingga 5 Mac 15 di Langkawi, Kedah.

Eksesais ini telah dianjurkan bersama antara Tentera Udara Diraja Malaysia (TUDM) dengan Jabatan Penerbangan Awam Malaysia (DCA) yang turut melibatkan Tentera Laut Diraja Malaysia (TLDM), Agensi Penguatkuasa Maritim Malaysia (APMM), Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM), Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat Malaysia serta agensi-agensi lain yang bersangkutan dengan pengoperasian Search and Rescue (SAR).

Eksesais ini adalah meliputi 2 elemen latihan yang utama iaitu operasi Search and Rescue (SAR) di peringkat maritim dan operasi kecemasan di lapangan terbang untuk meningkatkan keupayaan dan kesiagaan semua agensi bagi menghadapi sebarang kemungkinan berhubung insiden pesawat samada di udara, laut atau darat semasa Pertunjukan Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace (LIMA’15)."
