Glad to read your blog about intake 34, I can still remember a few names from intake 34. Dah ada jadi General, I m happy to see them successful in their career. I left the army in year 1999. My last serving unit was 2 Briged, Ipoh and finally settled down here. Yes I am orang Tepen, Simpang. Late kol Nasir from Changkat Jering, He was my junior in KE, You pun orang Tepen, Jebong and old Tiger juga...Kol Yaakob still with Jusco as GM and other Comrades has lost contact.Terima kasih dan salam dari saya"

I was told that Lt Col Yaacob Mahmud (OC Hang Tuah Coy), Maj Mohd Saad Tajudin (OC Hang Kasturi), Mej Mohd Hatta Abu Bakar (PL Commander Abd Rahman Coy) and he were squadmates, intake 18. His favorite sentence? 'LOPONG kamu kedet!!! ' wakakakakak.
